At The Strathmore Collective, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services with care, strategy, and intention. Because our services involve personalized planning and creative execution, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once a payment has been processed.

Service-Based Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for completed or partially completed services, including but not limited to:

  • Social media content creation

  • Strategy planning and execution

  • Scheduling, posting, or engagement work

  • Brand audits or consultations

This policy applies whether the service is a one-time project or part of a monthly package.

Monthly Services & Cancellations

Clients are welcome to cancel future months of service at any time with written notice via email.

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • If cancellation is requested near the end of the month or after content/work has already been delivered, no refund will be issued for that billing period.

  • Work already performed or in progress cannot be reversed or reimbursed.

This policy helps protect the time and resources our team invests into every client campaign from day one.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the rare event that:

  • No work has begun, and a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment.

  • There is a duplicate payment due to a technical error (subject to verification).

We evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis, and any approved exceptions will be refunded to the original payment method.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us immediately at hello@thestrathmorecollective.com so we can review the situation promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in service termination.
